Matcha is classified into three distinct grades, each representing a different level of quality. Among them, our ceremonial grade stands out for its prestige and superior quality. Matcha enthusiasts favor this grade to fully enjoy the tea’s delicate finesse, whereas the premium and culinary grades are of lower quality.

The idea behind Soyo Matcha is to create a virtuous circle together, by offering a matcha that is excellent for your health, while respecting nature and encouraging eco-friendly behavior on the part of producers. In each of our choices (use of electricity, heating, transport, etc.), the notion of a virtuous circle guides us and leads us towards choices that limit our carbon footprint.

Our logistics specialist uses software to detect non-existent postal addresses, which avoids sending parcels that will come back to us! He also works with carriers with low CO2 emissions.

We import all our teas from China by sea. Our current order volume makes importing by sea a less polluting method (compared to air transport in particular). What wasn't possible in the early days is now possible, thanks to your many daily orders.
